Wapello Elementary was awarded a 2018 Delta Dental of Iowa Rethink Your Drink Grant to replace an aging water fountain with a new fountain equipped with a bottle filling station. Delta Dental awards these grants as a part of their Rethink Your Drink campaign that helps children choose water over drinks that contain high amounts of sugar. Wapello Elementary would like to thank Delta Dental of Iowa for selecting our building as a recipient of this award. The new fountain was installed on August 23 and is a welcome addition to the building.
