Wapello HS Juniors Rachel Hoeg and Kolton Small are in Des Moines as part of their MPowerU Class through Southeastern Community College. The MPowerU Class joined the SE Iowa Delegation at the Capitol yesterday for Great River Region Days, where they met with legislators and gave presentations as small groups to lawmakers on topics that Iowans are currently facing. Rachel and Kolton are pictured along with the entire SE Iowa Delegation and Lawmakers yesterday in the State Capitol.
