Have you ever wanted to meet Betsy Ross, or Sacagawea? Well, tonight you have the chance! Students in the Wapello TAG program (Talented and Gifted) have worked hard researching a historical figure and will be presenting a "Wapello Wax Museum" during conferences. The public is invited to come and meet our historical figures, as well as parents and other invited guests. Stop by and chat with our historical figures; they will be spread throughout the halls of the Elementary, today and tomorrow, so don't miss this opportunity to meet some of history's most influential people!

Taeger Timmermen was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” He was able to share his grandpa’s dog, Kiah. Every student fed Kiah a treat! Taeger also shared his favorite Dr. Seuss book.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!!

Athea Porter was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” We enjoyed finding items in her, "I Spy" book! She also shared his favorite stuffed animal with us. Great job, Athea!

Just a reminder, students will be dismissed today at 1:00 p.m. for Parent/Teacher Conferences.
