Boys regional basketball has been set. The Indians will take on WMU @ Winfield on 2/13 @ 7PM. We will post the link for tickets as soon as we have it.
Learn to be a responsible, caring, trustworthy, and capable babysitter! Louisa County Extension is offering a Babysitter Clinic on February 20th at the Louisa County Extension office in Wapello. This clinic is open to 6th-8th graders and costs $25 per participant. Space is limited! HS Boys Basketball will be at home tonight versus LM.
Students in grades 6-12 will be taking MAP tests (reading and math) tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7th! Please remind your student(s) to get a good nights rest, eat a healthy breakfast and make sure their Chromebooks are charged and ready to go. Also, encourage your student(s) to give their best effort on these tests so teachers have accurate data to inform their instruction. #WeAreWapello #WapelloTribePride

Here is this week's, What's Happening at Wapello - We are down to the wire with winter sports, it is time for the post season where teams must keep winning to keep playing. There is one regular season game left for our Boys Basketball Team on Tuesday evening and a few games of JH Boys Basketball that remain. Come cheer on our students as they look to keep playing in the post season!

Kindergarten had a busy week! We made our predictions about whether or not Punxsutawney Phil would see his shadow and give us 6 more weeks of Winter or no shadow for an early Spring, we used our math brains to explain our thinking about how 2D and 3D shapes are similar/different, and we had iPad time to play Freckle math games.
