Well, Wapello students…looks like Christmas came early for you. The wind chill isn’t nearly what they said it would be. Oh well, can’t get it right all the time! Enjoy the extra sleep!

We all enjoyed some extra help from Ellis’s siblings during reading rounds!
Ronan Davidson was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” Ronan shared a funny book and his favorite snack with our class!
Ellis Grimm was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” Ellis shared his dog Kona with the class. We all learned how to comb her fur with a special brush! Ellis also told some fun facts about her!
Arrows win 49-37 over Lone Tree
Due to the wind chill forecast, Wapello will start 2 hours late tomorrow, January 26. There will not be an early dismissal. Breakfast will be served in both buildings.
ADJUSTMENT: all games at Lone Tree Tuesday, Jan. 25th will be played in the main HS gym. JV girls at 4:30, Varsity girls at 6:00, followed by Varsity boys at 7:30.
ATTENTION: the JV Boys Basketball team will not play tonight at Lone Tree. The JV Girls Basketball team will play at 4:30 in the Wellness Center. Varsity Girls will play at 6:00 and the Varsity Boys will follow at 7:30. Both varsity teams will play in the main high school gym.

ATTENTION: Tonight's JV Boys Basketball will play two quarters beginning at 5:00 pm in the main gym. The Varsity Girls will follow at 6:00 and the Varsity Boys at 7:30(ish). Remember it's Pink Out as well for the Girls game!!
