A reminder about regulations pertaining to musical performances:
The risk of aerosol spread of COVID-19 is increased when playing andinstrument or singing compared to normal speaking.
As a result, the following is for all levels of the Performing Arts PK-12:
Masks will be required while singing and playing instruments. This includes outdoor instrumental performances such as parades. Masks will be provided.
Again, this is from guidance put forth by the Iowa High School Music Association.
Thanks for helping to keep our staff and students safe during these difficult times.

Today Ms. Hellberg’s 2nd period class was attacked by dinosaurs that escaped their enclosure at Jurassic Park :)
