Wapello basketball players Eryka Dickey and Holly Massner played in the Southeast Iowa Senior All-Star game today at Notre Dame High school. The team was also coached by Brandon Brown and John Vandenberg. #wearewapello

WHS Pom Squad members Amber Martens and Emma Schoonover will perform at the Iowa High School Girls’ Basketball Tournament in Des Moines today as members of the All-Iowa Honor Dance Team. Over 500 high school dancers auditioned last fall to be a part of the honor team. The girls were notified in October that they qualified for the team of 238 dancers. The performance will take place at halftime of today’s 4A championship game at 3:00 p.m. The performance will be broadcast on IPTV. Congrats to Amber and Emma! #wearewapello #wapellotribepride
