Make plans to attend the Wapello Junior High Drama Department's production of "Bedtime Stories (As Told by Our Dad) (Who Messed Them Up)" by Ed Monk this weekend at the Wapello High School Auditorium. The curtain rises at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, and at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 7. Admission is a Free Will Donation. The Administration, Staff, and Student Body of the Wapello Community School District stand with one of our biggest rivals today as they say good-bye to their beloved Softball Coach, Tim Milder. As former head coach Shannon Salazar said, "Tim was always willing to be our opponent for our cancer game. He was always willing to do what he could to help support whoever we were honoring." I took my High School Choir over to the elementary today for about 20 minutes. Mrs. Ruth’s 4th graders were excited to share their Endangered Species projects with them. The high schoolers asked several questions and the 4th graders knew the answers. Great job, 4R!! Kudos to my HS students for being so kind and inspiring! #wearewapello #tribepride

Due to weather conditions: today’s Golf meet at Mediapolis has been cancelled.

Due to scheduling conflicts, there will not be a Girls' Soccer game at Mediapolis tonight. They will play Mediapolis in a Girls' & Boys' Doubleheader on April 18th.
