Check out this WHS Passion Project success story! A group of Mrs. Mairet’s Tribe Time students started a fresh salad lunch business for their Passion Project! They have designed a menu, taken orders, figured the amounts of items needed, figured cost and completed their shopping. Today was the first day that salad orders were delivered to teachers. Look for them to expand their salad business in the coming weeks! #wearewapello #wapellotribepride

Did you know “Employability Skills” is a part of the required 21st Century Skills standards of the Iowa Core Curriculum? Mr. Marshall took three seniors to S & J Tube’s workforce recruitment day. These students got to participate in a company tour, completed job applications and interviews, and were hired to work part-time at S & J Tube as part of the WHS work experience program. A big thank you to S & J Tube for allowing our students this outstanding opportunity! #wearewapello #wapellotribepride
