Mrs Mairet’s Foods III class conducted the “Burger Challenge” today in class. Each participant had to create their own recipe, cook their burger, design their plate presentation and serve their burgers to the judges. Three staff judges got to evaluate each student on their originality, taste and presentation. Today’s lesson could have appeared on the Cooking Channel! #wearewapello #wapellotribepride

Elementary parents and students: dress for the cool weather in the morning for the fire drills and fire truck rides. Coats, hats and gloves are advised.
Be advised if you are in town, and see or hear sirens at the school, we will be running our drills in conjunction with the Wapello Fire and Rescue team responding to the building as part of the training exercise.
