Today is School Bus Driver Appreciation Day. Thank you to all of our Drivers, Substitute Drivers, Bus Associates, and our Mechanic/Transportation Director. Wapello boys defeated Columbus in a dual at Cedar Crest tonight and were led by Matthew McGowan with a 45. Wapello girls lost and were led by Zoey Delzell with a 56.

Wapello CSD will be holding two informational meetings regarding the possibility of moving to a 4-day school week starting with the 2025-26 school year. Meetings will be April 22 and April 24. Both meetings will start at 7:00 and both will take place in the auditorium. People do not need to attend both meetings, as the same information will be shared at both meetings. This is a chance for people to learn more about what a 4-day school week could look like, to ask questions, and to express comments and/or concerns. Thanks, and hope to see you there!

Today, the Wapello High School CTE and Fine Arts teachers held "Exploratory Day" for the 8th grade class for them to learn more about their classes as they head into their freshman year!
We would like to highlight the Foods 3 class for grilling hot dogs and hamburgers and serving lunch!
