The Wapello CSD Board of Directors will meet for a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the Central Administration Office Board Room regarding the FY25 Certified Budget. Wapello golf teams both went 2-1 in a quad at Heritage Oaks. The boys shot a 176 defeating LM and Danville and losing to Mepo. Wapello was led by Codder Malcolm and Matthew McGowan with 42. The girls defeated Mepo and Danville and lost to LM. Wapello was led by Jakayla Nelson with 65
REMINDER - the Wapello CSD Food Pantry is open today (April 11th) from 3:45-4:45. As always, this will be random draw for entry to the pantry.

I would like to take a moment and thank the army of individuals who helped make two days of track meets a success. It truly takes an army of volunteers and workers to pull off large events. Thank you to all the time keeping crew, field event workers, our starting line clerk (John Guyer), corner man (Dan Wagner), ticket people, sticker people, our runners, announcer, track coaches of all levels, and a host of others I don't want to forget. A special shout out to Joe Cross and Eric Small, willing to do anything needed at any time. The field looked beautiful, mowed perfectly. Thank you to our janitors for keeping up with the cleaning duties. We hosted over 1,000 people in 2 days! It would not have been possible without everyone pulling in the same direction.

Wapello golf traveled to New London last night with the boys winning 179-223 and were led by Zach Harbison and Barrett Garrison with 43's. Girls lost 280-190 and were led by Macey Kuntz and Emma Gerhardt with 66's. Wapello will host LM tomorrow.
