Girls track will compete at Mediapolis tonight. Starting at 4:30.

Jacob brought his pets for sharing: Big Timmy, Spot, Sponge Bob, and Browny. He taught us that Hermit crabs need both salt water and fresh water. They need a lot of bedding to bury themselves with and extra shells to change into. We also learned that a Hermit crab can live up to 10 years and get up to 6 inches long. Thanks for sharing, Jacob!
We have also had fun with Junior Achievement lessons. We are learning about Wants vs. Needs from Jacob's mom, Jenna Meeker.

Wapello CSD Food Pantry is open TONIGHT (Wednesday) from 3:45-4:45. We will again do random draw for numbers, and this only open to families of the WCSD Students.

Aurora Bryant was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” We all loved listening to her favorite book, “How Do Dinosaurs Say Good Night?” Aurora shared a special stuffed fox animal, she got it at the St. Louis zoo.





Ruby Browning was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” We enjoyed a visit from her cat, Luca! Ruby loves all things cat! Her favorite book is, “The Little Frog.”
