Last week in kindergarten, some cold weather resulted in inside recess, we watched a great presentation from 4th grade teaching us about Cooperation, and we cheered on our state speech participants and our ESports state champions! We also got to meet Mrs. Wykert's granddaughter, baby Ruby!

Congratulations to Tyra Lanz, Will Parsons, and Treyton Schulz, members of Wapello High School's Quiz Bowl team for their 5th place finish (out of 8 teams) at the WACO Invitational Tournament Monday night. Wapello lost their first match against VanBuren 150-180, then came back to win against Pekin 175-160. They lost their third match, against WACO-A ,135-210, and rallied to win their final match against WACO B, 180-55. Congratulations, Tyra, Will, and Treyton, on a job well done!
