Sign up forms for 6th grade will be handed out at the 6th grade Back to School Night Orientation (August 23, 6:00-7:00).
5th Grade:
Sign up forms for 5th grade will be handed out at the Back to School Night in the elementary 5th grade classroom. (August 23, 5:30-6:30)
Signed forms due no later than September 3rd. Forms can be returned to the Elementary or Highschool offices.

Our final New Staff Member Spotlight is with Kelci Eakins. Ms. Eakins will be joining the staff at Wapello Jr/Sr High as the 6-12 Guidance Counselor.
Ms. Eakins attended Central College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education. She also earned a Masters of Science Education in Professional School Counseling from Buena Vista University.
Her family consists of her parents, Brian and Luann Eakins as well as a brother, Kyle Eakins. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She has new nieces and nephews to spoil! She also enjoys reading books and listening to music.
We would like to welcome Ms. Eakins to the Wapello Community School District and are looking forward to the 2021-2022 school year that begins in just 12 short days!
