Cross-country meet for tonight has been postponed. Potentially rescheduled for Thursday Aug. 30.
On 10/10 from 3 pm-6pm a representative from ICAN will be at Wapello High School in the Media Center to help people fill out FAFSA. If you have a senior and need help filling this out or have questions please contact Rena Philp to make an appointment.
Wapello will be dismissing at 1:00 today, Tuesday, August 28.

Congratulations to the a group of our High School Agriculture Students who competed as a 4H team for their performance in today’s Meat’s Evaluation State contest and being named State Champions! The team will represent Iowa at the National Contest later this year. Congratulations to Brantly Palmer on his 3rd High Individual Placing, James Wykert on his 2nd High Individual Placing as well as overall High Individual in Retail ID, Daniel Hemphill the Champion Individual in addition to being the High Individual in Reasons and Placing Classes, and to Makenna West as the 4th High Individual. Holland connects with Lanz for an Indian Score. The two point conversion is good to tie the score at 22 all with 10:59 to play in the game.
A completed pass from Holland to Thomas advances the ball to the Falcon 23 yard line where time expires on the 3rd quarter. The Indians trail 22-14 to start the 4th quarter.
